1. What precautions are you taking to comply with Coronavirus requirements?

We are taking temprtures at check in. We ask that you sanitize or wash your hands before handling anything that we will transfer back in fourth as far as paper work and writing utensils. 

We sanitize each bed before and after each client.

We ask that you wear your mask as we will wear ours.

If you are with any symptoms of this virus please contact us twenty four hours in advance to reschedule your appointment.

2.What if I have to cancel due to Corona Virus on my second reschedule?

While we are saddened by your potential diagnosis we have to maintain our booking policy which states if you cancel on your second reschedule you will forfeit your deposit.

3. I paid my deposit but I can't make my appointment?

You are allowed one reschedule per deposit, if you can not make your second appointment you will forfeit your deposit.

4. Whats your grace period if I am running late for my appointment?

We understand things happen, we offer a fifteen minute grace period after that your appointment will have to be rescheduled to receive your full time. If you're late and do not want to reschedule you will be massaged the for the time remaining of your appointment.

5. Can I bring someone with me thats not being serviced?

To maintain social distancing requirements we ask that you refrain from bringing guest that aren't being serviced at this time. We are hopeful that this will change in the near future.

6. I forgot my appointment and didn't call or show up, what happened to my deposit?

Unfortunately, if you didn't call or show up, you have forfeited your full deposit and a new deposit will be required in order to book another appointment.
